Back in 1936, with only $500 assets, a few employees at Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company (now AT&T) had a dream to create a credit union. A fixture in the Bay Area since then, Patelco Credit Union is now a full-service, not-for-profit financial cooperative dedicated to helping our members and communities prosper. With nearly $10 billion in assets and over 500,000 members nationwide, we are one of the largest credit unions in the nation.
